Control renewals for New Commerce Experience

By default new commerce experience license-based subscriptions renew automatically. You now have the ability to control subscription renewals.

1. From the Manage menu on the left, select Products and services.

2. Click Organizations from the menu above the table

3. Start selecting organizations. When satisfied with your selection, click Select to add the organizations to the view.  

4. Look up the subscription, and check the checkbox.

5. Select Modify subscription. You now can:

   • Stop the auto-renewal

   • Change the quantity

   • Change the term of the subscription

   • Change the billing frequency
